Cancellation Policy

Please ensure that the correct pickup address is entered in the field marked 'Pickup Location' when booking. This location will be used as the starting point for your service. If any changes are needed after booking, please contact us at campuscarryco@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. By booking this service, you agree that your reservation includes a licensed driver and helper, a moving truck, loading and unloading assistance, and up to 20 km of travel from the starting location. Additional $20 charges apply for every extra 10 km. Fuel is included in the base rate for bookings within 20 km. Excessive waiting time or significant re-routing may result in additional fuel surcharges. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. A confirmation email or text will be sent once the booking is secured. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in 50%. In the event of unforeseen delays such as weather or traffic, we will contact you promptly to provide an updated arrival time. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all furniture is ready for transport unless disassembly or wrapping assistance is specifically requested at the time of booking. Accurate pickup details and any required authorizations (e.g., store receipt, gate code, or seller contact) must be provided to ensure a smooth collection. For the safety of our team and compliance with the law, the following items are strictly prohibited from being transported or packed: narcotics or illegal substances, firearms, weapons, explosives, hazardous or flammable materials (e.g., propane tanks, chemicals), perishable food, and stolen or illegally possessed goods. If any prohibited items are discovered during loading or packing, we reserve the right to refuse service without refund and may report the incident to authorities. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance, including any applicable add-ons, is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods are e-transfer and cash. In rare cases of severe weather or unsafe road conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your move. You will be contacted promptly and offered either a new appointment or a full refund.
